 TDSB Virtual School Exam Guidelines

Summer School  Exam Date: July 21, 2008

Exam Timings:     9:00 a.m.  to 11:00 a.m.

                                11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Exam Location:

Burnhamthorpe C.I.
500 The East Mall
Toronto

  • Bring your photo identification. Report to the Main Office if you don't have photo id.
    Accepted Identification: Citizenship Card, Driver's License, Ontario Health Card,
    Passport and Student Identification Card of current school.
  • Display your photo id on your desk for the teacher to view it
  • Make sure to check your exam timetable before arriving at the exam centre
  • Arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to the start of exam.
  • Report to the Main Office if you arrive late.
  • Deactivate your cell phones, iPods, MP3s and other electronic devices while at the exam centre
  • Make sure to bring essential implements - pen, pencils, eraser etc.
  • Wait in the cafeteria until 10 minutes before the exam
  • Maintain silence in the hallways  
  • Do not leave the exam room during the first 90 minutes
  •  Leave all books, notes, backpacks, purses at the front of the exam room
  • Use restroom one student at a time with only proctors permission
  • Late students will not be allowed the lost time
  • Talking is not allowed in the exam room

  • Registration for Virtual Summer School ends June 5, 2008
  • Virtual Summer School Classes begin June 23,2008
  • Mid-semester Marks Distributed to Students - July 7,2008
  • Mid-semester/Course Withdrawal (Full Disclosure) Deadline - July 11,2008
  • Virtual School Summer Final Examinations - July 21,2008
  • Virtual Summer School Ends - July 25,2008
    •
